Vultr Launches 20 MW AI Supercluster in Chennai With 10,000 AMD GPUs, Targets 1 GW in India by 2029
Vultr has launched a 20 MW AI supercluster in Chennai with about 10,000 AMD MI355X GPUs and aims for 600 MW in India by 2028 and 1 GW by 2029.

Vyoma.AI, the AI cloud and hyperscale data centre arm of Larsen & Toubro, has broken ground on a 52 MW liquid-cooled, AI-ready data centre at its Chennai campus, which already runs a 30 MW facility and is set to host a 10,000-GPU NVIDIA B300 AI Factory for Together AI.
