According to media reports, Vodafone Idea has appointed Vivek Jain as Executive Vice President of Marketing and Mathan Babu Kasilingam as Executive Vice President of Technology Security.

Jain is an elderly man and previously worked as a circle operations manager in Maharashtra for telecommunications until October 2019. Kasilingam, meanwhile, worked for the National Payments Corporation of India, where he was Director of Security Information and data confidentiality.

Jain most recently served as the general manager of the Lego group for its operations in India. He has more than two decades of experience in various areas of marketing, profit and loss management, business strategy, digital transformation, sales management and retail.

Early in his career, Jain worked with organizations such as Godrej Consumer Products, Colgate Palmolive, J&J, and Perfetti Van Melle.

Mathan is experienced in information security, cybersecurity, data protection, risk management, compliance, and technical solutions strategies and solutions.

Prior to NPCI, Mathan worked with organizations such as HDFC Bank, British Telecom Global Services, Symantec Software, Mcafee, Wipro, and HCL.
