HCL Technologies announced on Monday a special one-time bonus worth more than Rs 700 cr for its employees, as the computer giant established a turnover of Rs 72.800 cr.
The special bonus will be paid to employees in February 2021 in the amount of nearly $ 90 million plus payroll taxes in some countries, the impact of which is determined by the EBIT (profit before interest and taxes) guidelines provided by the company , HCL, for fiscal year 21, Tech said in a statement.
HCL Technologies announced that it “awarded a special one-time bonus to employees around the world” valued at more than Rs 700 billion in recognition of its latest milestone of more than $ 10 billion in sales for 2020.
“As a celebration and appreciation, all employees with one year of service or more receive a bonus equal to ten days’ salary,” the statement said.
