Tech Mahindra and Pegatron, a frontrunner in technology and electronics manufacturing, declared their collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024. This alliance is set to craft AI-powered private 5G solutions aimed at the global enterprise market.

Harshvendra Soin, President for Asia Pacific and Japan Business at Tech Mahindra, expressed in a declaration that the firm’s strong market foothold, its close associations with telecommunications companies and communication partners, along with its extensive know-how in deploying 5G for enterprises globally, will ensure the provision of top-notch IT and network services to Pegatron.

The collaboration is designed to harness a specially designed private 5G product suite from Pegatron’s 5G business segment, alongside Tech Mahindra’s recognized capability in executing large-scale 5G transformations. This synergy aims to deliver comprehensive 5G solutions tailored for enterprises and manufacturing clientele worldwide.

Dr Shue, the Chief Technology Officer at Pegatron, shared his enthusiasm about partnering with Tech Mahindra, highlighting the potential for enterprises worldwide to leverage the robust 5G product suite. He emphasized the creation of resilient and efficient network solutions centered around AI-driven applications, aimed at enhancing their investment returns.
