WeWork India has added its 61st building to its portfolio with the launch of WeWork 37 Cunningham in Bengaluru, covering 61,120 square feet. The company announced that the new facility has 891 desks spread across four floors.

According to the company, the facility features a premium design with sustainable elements and unique services that set it apart from other WeWork locations in India.

The building already has LEED Core, Shell Gold, and WELL Gold certifications. Members will also have access to expert support for obtaining ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) certifications.

There is a growing demand from large enterprises, MNCs, and C-suite executives, and high-profile members for a workspace that is more than just an office,” said Karan Virwani, CEO of WeWork India.

Virwani added that every detail of 37 Cunningham, from premium workstations to personalised amenities and concierge services, has been carefully designed for today’s enterprise teams and executives.

Over the past seven years, WeWork India has added over 90,000 desks across eight cities: Chennai, New Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad. The company serves a range of clients, including solopreneurs, startups, and Fortune 500 companies, with a total footprint of 8 million square feet across 61 locations.
