Xebia has been named an OpenAI Select Partner under the OpenAI Partner Network, strengthening its collaboration with OpenAI to help enterprises deploy and scale agentic AI across data, software and business workflows.

As part of the partnership, Xebia will support organisations in building and deploying AI solutions using OpenAI’s models and products, with a focus on responsible adoption, engineering and governance. The collaboration will also help enterprises leverage GPT-5.6 and ChatGPT Work to improve productivity and accelerate business outcomes.

Xebia brings expertise in agentic AI, data engineering and AI-native software development, serving industries including banking, insurance, retail, travel and healthcare. Its solutions include the Xebia Axis agentic data foundation and Xebia Ace AI-native engineering platform.

The company has already implemented AI solutions for enterprises, including an agentic AI system that helped a global cruise line manage more than 10,000 customer emails daily, reducing processing time by 70%.

Xebia said it will expand its OpenAI-powered solutions across additional industries while continuing to upskill and certify its engineers and consultants through Xebia Academy.
