Siddhartha Gupta has been named the President of Mercer India. The company offers expert guidance and innovative, technology-driven solutions designed to help organisations address the evolving health, wealth, and career needs of their workforce.

He will report to Sanjay Kedia, Marsh McLennan’s India CEO, and will join the leadership teams for Marsh McLennan India and Mercer in the India, Middle East, and Africa region.

Previously Gupta was a part of Mercer Mettl for a little over eight years, serving as the Chief Revenue Officer for almost three years and the rest as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Before his stint at Mettl, he worked at SAP for ten years, starting out as a Business Manager and steadily rising in the ranks to become the Vice President of Strategic Industries. He also has experience with Hewlett-Packard as an Account Manager and Compaq Computers as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director before it merged with HP.
