Singapore-based real estate company, CapitaLand Group, has announced a ₹450-crore investment to build a one million square foot IT park in Hyderabad. The decision was finalised after a meeting in Singapore on January 19, attended by Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy and his team.
The IT park will meet demand from Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and companies looking for office spaces. Minister Reddy called the investment an important step for Hyderabad’s growth.

Gauri Shankar Nagabhushanam, the CEO of CapitaLand India Trust Management, said Hyderabad’s government policies and leadership make it a good place for business. He said the company is focused on growing its presence in the city and providing sustainable infrastructure.

CapitaLand runs three business parks in Hyderabad: International Tech Park Hyderabad (ITPH), aVance Hyderabad, and CyberPearl. The company’s 25 MW IT load data centre in Hyderabad, announced earlier, will be ready by mid-2025. The second phase of work at ITPH will start this year and is expected to finish by 2028.
The announcement was made with Telangana IT Minister D. Sridhar Babu, Special Chief Secretary Jayesh Ranjan, Secretary for Investment Promotion E. Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, Special Secretary B. Ajith Reddy, and senior CapitaLand executives, including Manohar Khiatani from CapitaLand Investment.
