Their first North American initiative involves deploying an enterprise-grade, carrier-ready Private 5G Radio Access Network (RAN) for the City of Brownsville. This project utilizes Nokia’s advanced 5G radio access technology and NTT DATA’s globally accessible Private 5G Network-as-a-Service (P5G) platform. Together, they offer a comprehensive solution designed to deliver reliable, high-bandwidth, and low-latency wireless capabilities essential for mission-critical applications. The 5G infrastructure will support Brownsville’s immediate need for seamless connectivity to manage applications that enhance public safety, operational efficiency, and sustainability.
