Kyndryl proudly announces the inauguration of its new 2,50,000-square-foot office space located in Bengaluru’s Embassy Manyata Business Park. This state-of-the-art facility, designed to house around 3,000 employees, is set to become a cornerstone of innovation with the establishment of the first-ever global Kyndryl Customer Experience Center (CEC), along with a global Security Operations Center (SOC), a Network Operations Center (NOC), and the largest Kyndryl Vital Studio.

The newly opened space is meticulously designed to foster collaboration and boost employee productivity. It integrates advanced technology throughout, enabling Kyndryls to work seamlessly across teams and provide customers with immersive, integrated experiences. The facility features multiple experience zones, including interactive demo areas where customers can explore solutions in cloud computing, AI, IoT, and cybersecurity. These areas are also equipped for troubleshooting and custom solution development to support business growth.


James Rutledge, Global Head of Delivery at Kyndryl, emphasized the company’s commitment to making businesses more adaptive, resilient, and future-ready. He highlighted the new office’s role in showcasing Kyndryl’s technical expertise and its capabilities in delivering AI-powered automation at scale.

The office not only focuses on technological advancement but also prioritizes sustainability, inclusivity, and employee well-being. It includes flexible workspaces, ergonomic furniture, and facilities that support various working styles and needs. Sustainable practices are evident in its use of natural light, energy-efficient systems, and smart technologies that adhere to LEED guidelines. The design also includes features for people with disabilities and offers gender-neutral restrooms and parental support facilities.

Lingraju Sawkar, President of Kyndryl India, stated that the investment reflects the strategic importance of leveraging India’s tech capability, demographic dividend, and market opportunities not only for local growth but also for global innovation.

Kyndryl aims to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040 and has been recognized with an EcoVadis Silver rating for its environmental efforts, marking its position in the top 25% of all assessed companies.
