Piramal Pharma has announced the appointment of Puneet Rajput as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), starting from January. Puneet, a seasoned professional in human resources, brings a wealth of experience to this role, having previously worked in various industries including Pharma, Telecom, Life Sciences, and Consulting. Her expertise is particularly noted in areas such as business transformation, leadership development, cultural enhancement, talent management, and executive coaching.

Before this role, Puneet was part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she honed her skills in HR leadership. Her new position at Piramal Pharma will see her leveraging this experience to drive human resource initiatives across the company’s extensive global network. Piramal Pharma is known for its comprehensive manufacturing capabilities across 15 international facilities and a wide-reaching distribution network that spans over 100 countries, offering a diverse array of products and services.

Puneet shared her enthusiasm for her new role on LinkedIn, highlighting the vast scope and reach of Piramal Pharma Limited (PPL). She is an alumnus of Mumbai University and holds a degree from the prestigious Wharton School in the Chief Human Resource Program, further solidifying her credentials in this field.
