Recently, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) established an exclusive partnership with Kyndryl to advance the company’s IT and security transformation efforts throughout HMSI’s manufacturing facilities.

Now, Kyndryl oversees infrastructure services for enterprise and dealer management systems for all of the dealers.

The company’s renewed partnership with Kyndryl will strengthen infrastructure manageability and uptime through increased automation, as well as the company’s cybersecurity and resiliency. It will also bring operational efficiency with an agile and improved customer support experience.

The new cooperation will incorporate an on-demand Disaster Recovery-as-a-service (DRaaS) set-up for minimal downtime and production loss during a crisis impacting HMSI’s major data centre, thus boosting the availability of HMSI’s business applications and IT systems.
