Wilson formerly oversaw global marketing planning at INFINITI, a luxury automobile brand owned by Nissan Motor Corporation, at its global headquarters in Japan.
He will be stationed in Chennai and report to Rakesh Srivastava, managing director of Nissan Motor India.
According to the announcement, Padmanabhan, who served as Director Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience for Nissan Motor India, has been named Director Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience for Nissan Motor Australia.
