Honeywell, a multinational conglomerate headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina has named Rekha Radhakrishnan as Director- Human Resources. Earlier, she was associated with Dell Technologies for over 2 years. Rekha holds more than 17 years of experience in human resources with expertise in driving organizational effectiveness while implementing Human Resource programmes and leading regional and global projects in areas of Organization Design.

At Dell, she was appointed as HRBP Leader – India Sales. She was responsible for the development and implementation of the HR Strategy for Dell Technologies in India & APJ, understanding business priorities and translating them into an HR agenda that supports the business. She has also been associated with CSG International, CenturyLink, Jamcracker, and Tecnotree Corporation in HR leadership roles.
