Prasad previously served as the Vice President and Business Head at Airtel Payments Bank, working with the company for 26 years, handling corporate government alliances and leading business initiatives.

A rapidly growing human capital management firm, Zyvka provides comprehensive solutions for startups, making hiring more affordable and accessible. His experience in corporate leadership, strategy, and business development will aid Zyvka to expand into metro and tier 2 cities.

Routray will also help the company establish and grow its operations in India through partnerships with various services.
