
Adobe has named Swati Rustagi as the Vice President of Employee Experience India. She will lead the India EX team, reporting to Gloria Chen, Adobe’s Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President (EVP) of Employee Experience.
Rustagi brings over two decades of leadership experience in career and talent development, organisational structure, and DEI initiatives across sectors like consumer goods, healthcare, financial services, and e-commerce. Before joining Adobe, she was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Paytm.

Her career includes significant leadership roles at major organisations: Director of Talent Strategy, Leadership World Wide Stores at Amazon; Director and Chief People Officer at Max Health Care; Executive Vice President & Head of Global Human Resources at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals; Director of Human Resources at Johnson & Johnson; Vice President of Human Resources at Merrill Lynch; and key positions at Hindustan Unilever.

Gloria Chen welcomed Rustagi saying, “Swati’s leadership embodies Adobe’s values, and I am delighted to have her expertise on our global EX leadership team and guiding our India EX ecosystem.”
