In his previous capacity as Executive Vice President & CIO, Pramod played a critical role in leading cutting-edge initiatives across AI, customer experience, and enterprise digitization. His efforts have been central to Havells’ evolution into a digitally empowered organization, and as a key member of the executive leadership team, he has helped align technology with core business goals.

Before joining Havells, Pramod held prominent roles at global enterprises like Samsung Electronics, Eli Lilly, Oracle Financial Services, and Larsen & Toubro. Across these organizations, he spearheaded transformative projects in CRM, advanced analytics, consumer-facing digital platforms, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
