Throughout his career, Varshney has built scalable and resilient systems, managed M&A projects, and established comprehensive IT governance frameworks. His leadership has driven over 50 domestic and international IT transformation engagements, ERP implementations, and the integration of advanced technologies like AI, IoT, and RPA.

Varshney’s diverse industry experience includes renewable energy, retail, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, shipping, oil and gas, agro-business, textiles, apparel, automobiles, and IT services. In addition to his professional accomplishments, he is a dedicated humanitarian, serving as a Melvin Jones Fellow with the Lions Club International Foundation and previously held a board position with the Lions Club of Thane North.
