
Honasa Consumer Limited, the parent company of brands like Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Aqualogica, Bblunt, Dr. Sheth’s, and Staze Beauty, has appointed Lokesh Chhaparwal as the Senior Vice President of Technology and Engineering. Chhaparwal will handle the company’s technology strategy and focus on using advanced systems to improve operations. His work will include managing digital platforms, improving supply chain processes with SAP systems, and enhancing marketing technologies to deliver personalised consumer experiences. He will also manage internal security to protect data and ensure smooth operations.
Varun Alagh, co-founder and CEO of Honasa Consumer Limited, stated that technology will play a key role in the future of the BPC industry and Lokesh has experience in using data to improve customer experiences and business operations. As a result, his expertise in technology adoption and data use will strengthen their team.

Chhaparwal joins Honasa with over 13 years of experience in product engineering and data strategy, previously serving as AVP and Head of Engineering at Snapdeal. Based in the Gurgaon office, he will focus on leveraging technology for product development and improving consumer engagement.
