Encora, a digital engineering services company specialising in cloud, data, and AI-driven innovation, has appointed Rishabh Khemka as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

With over 18 years of leadership experience at Wipro, Rishabh has played a key role in scaling digital and IT services businesses. As CFO for the Americas at Wipro, he managed finance operations for a $3.3 billion portfolio spanning industries such as Technology, Software, Healthcare, Retail, and Media. He also served as CFO for Wipro Ventures, overseeing venture capital investments.

In his new role at Encora, Rishabh will lead the finance organisation and corporate development, focusing on optimising operating models and executing strategic mergers & acquisitions (M&As) to support the company’s expansion.
