Kyndryl and Bridgepath Innovations have announced a collaboration to help enterprises design, build and scale AI-native Global Capability Centers (GCCs).

The partnership will help organisations embed AI directly into delivery, operations and governance, enabling GCCs to improve productivity, accelerate project execution and use talent more efficiently.

Under the collaboration, Kyndryl and Bridgepath will provide an AI-native GCC operating model covering digital and data foundations, service structures, AI-enabled decision-making and in-house capability development. The approach is designed to help enterprises build scalable and continuously evolving GCC operations.

The companies will work with customers through a co-creation approach, developing AI solutions aligned with their existing systems, data environments and business objectives. This will allow enterprises to adopt AI in a secure and governed manner while integrating it into everyday business processes.

Kyndryl said the collaboration addresses the growing shift away from traditional cost-focused GCC models towards AI-driven, strategic capability centres that deliver measurable business value.

The partnership reflects the broader transformation of GCCs as enterprises increasingly use AI, automation, data and digital technologies to build intelligent and future-ready global operations.
