Hero MotoCorp has appointed Srihari Mulgund as Chief Strategy Officer, effective August 17, 2026. He will join the company’s Leadership Team and be designated as part of Senior Management.

Mulgund brings over 24 years of experience across engineering, product development and strategy in the global automotive sector, with experience spanning the USA, Japan, China and India.

Before joining Hero MotoCorp, he was a Partner at EY-Parthenon, where he worked on strategic engagements covering electric vehicles, batteries, internal combustion engines, supply chains and new-age mobility. He has also held leadership roles at Aisin AW, FEV Inc. and Ricardo Strategic Consulting India.

In his new role, Mulgund will contribute to Hero MotoCorp’s strategic initiatives, including its focus on EVs, mobility technologies and long-term growth.
