Pidilite Industries has successfully completed its IT modernisation project with Kyndryl and Google Cloud, marking the company’s exit from traditional data centres and strengthening its cloud-first digital infrastructure.

As part of the transformation, Kyndryl migrated Pidilite’s non-ERP workloads from on-premises and existing cloud environments to Google Cloud and now provides ongoing cloud-managed services. The modernised environment has improved operational agility, resilience and scalability to support the company’s long-term digital and AI-driven growth.

The project delivered a 20% improvement in service response and a 30% reduction in infrastructure provisioning and turnaround times, while enhancing application performance and operational efficiency. The collaboration also leveraged Kyndryl’s expertise in hybrid and multi-cloud services, cloud governance and automation to build a flexible technology foundation for future business growth.
