Coforge has launched the Nexa Agentic Platform for the insurance industry.

The platform is designed to help insurers operationalise AI across business functions.

Built on the Coforge One AI platform, Nexa is intended to help carriers derive value from their existing insurance platforms and accelerate time to market without disrupting core systems.

According to the company, the platform includes a marketplace of more than 30 insurance-focused AI assets covering underwriting, claims, product development, customer service, and platform modernisation.

The platform has been designed as a modular and composable offering, allowing insurers to deploy individual capabilities or adopt the complete suite.

Coforge stated that Nexa supports AI deployment across underwriting, claims, product development, expansion, and modernisation initiatives.

The platform also incorporates human-in-the-loop oversight, auditability, measurable outcomes, and insurance industry intelligence.
