Firstsource Unveils Kairos to Bridge AI-to-Execution Gap for Global Enterprises By cioNetworks - 17 April 2026

Firstsource

Firstsource has launched Kairos, a new operating system designed to help enterprises convert AI ambition into measurable business outcomes by closing the gap between experimentation and real-world execution. The company said Kairos is built to embed intelligence directly into workflows and operational models rather than functioning as another standalone AI tool.

According to Firstsource, a widening 540-basis-point performance gap now exists between organisations successfully deploying AI and those still struggling to realise returns. The company believes the challenge is no longer access to AI technology, but the ability to redesign operating models so intelligence can operate effectively at scale.

Kairos combines consulting, workflow redesign, AI deployment, and managed operations into a single end-to-end framework. Instead of handing clients a roadmap, Firstsource embeds multidisciplinary teams—including strategy experts, process specialists, engineers, and technology builders—inside enterprise operations to design and run AI-led transformation programmes tied to measurable outcomes.

The platform is already being used in production environments across healthcare and financial services. Firstsource said one healthcare client achieved a 66% productivity gain and 80% automation of denials triage, while a UK fintech client saw 25% cost savings and 83% faster customer onboarding through reimagined KYC and AML processes.

Ritesh Idnani, CEO and Managing Director of Firstsource, said enterprises do not suffer from a shortage of AI ambition but from an operating model that prevents AI from delivering results in production.
