Adobe has expanded its Firefly platform with the introduction of custom AI models and enhanced conversational design capabilities, aiming to make content creation more intuitive, scalable, and brand-aligned.
A key highlight of the update is the rollout of Firefly Custom Models, which allow creators and enterprises to train AI using their own assets. This enables the generation of visuals that consistently reflect a specific brand identity, including elements like colour palettes, lighting, and design styles. The models are private by default, ensuring data ownership and content protection.

In addition to customisation, Adobe is strengthening its push toward conversational AI-driven design workflows. New tools across Firefly and Creative Cloud applications allow users to create and edit content simply by describing what they want in natural language, removing the need for complex manual processes.

The platform also integrates multiple AI models—both Adobe’s proprietary systems and third-party models—giving users flexibility to choose the best model for different creative tasks. This multi-model approach helps streamline workflows from ideation to final production within a single environment.
With these enhancements, Adobe aims to help businesses and creators scale content production while maintaining consistency and control, addressing a major challenge in high-volume digital content creation. The updates also reinforce Adobe’s strategy to embed AI deeply across its ecosystem and compete in the rapidly evolving generative AI space.
