The Hinduja Group has appointed Ramesh Narayanaswamy as Group President – Digital and Data Intelligence, reinforcing its commitment to accelerating digital transformation across its businesses.

In his new role, Narayanaswamy will spearhead initiatives aimed at integrating digital platforms, strengthening data intelligence capabilities, and building scalable technology ecosystems across the conglomerate’s diverse operations. The move aligns with the group’s broader strategy to enhance innovation, operational efficiency, and customer experience through data-driven decision-making.

Narayanaswamy brings extensive experience in technology leadership and enterprise transformation. Prior to joining the Hinduja Group, he served as Group Chief Technology Officer at Aditya Birla Capital. Over his career, he has also held senior roles at global institutions including Standard Chartered, Citibank, CIMB Group, and Singapore Post.

With more than 18 years of leadership experience, he has led major initiatives such as building digital banking platforms, launching super apps, modernising legacy systems, and implementing cloud and data engineering solutions.
