LTM (formerly LTIMindtree) announced a strategic partnership with NVIDIA to modernize the Central Board of Direct Taxes’ Insight 2.0 initiative, India’s national tax analytics platform, through a seven-year mandate focused on AI-powered tax administration.

The collaboration will deploy a secure cloud environment powered by NVIDIA’s AI infrastructure to streamline workloads and deliver real-time insights for CBDT. LTM’s BlueVerse AI platform will serve as the intelligence backbone, enabling AI integration across all operational layers of the tax system.

The modernized platform will support multiple features including a smart citizen portal, automated campaign management, enhanced case workflows, and AI-driven helpdesk assistance, aimed at creating transparent and citizen-friendly tax administration at scale.

Gururaj Deshpande, Chief Delivery Officer at LTM, emphasized the partnership combines NVIDIA’s AI expertise with LTM’s BlueVerse platform to establish foundations for resilient, transparent tax administration. He noted the collaboration contributes to a critical public service program of national importance.
