Tata Consultancy Services and ServiceNow announced a comprehensive multi-year partnership to accelerate large-scale AI adoption across enterprise business operations, focusing on transforming manual processes into intelligent, autonomous workflows.

The collaboration targets developing industry-specific AI solutions for back-office functions including human resources, finance, supply chain, procurement, and employee services. TCS will build solutions on ServiceNow’s platform using trusted AI and unified governance models to enhance workflow efficiency, making processes more proactive and insight-driven through its AI-led autonomous global business solutions portfolio.

Amit Zavery, President, COO, and CPO at ServiceNow, emphasized the partnership helps enterprises move beyond isolated AI experiments by integrating agentic AI directly into native workflows, modernizing legacy environments, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Aarthi Subramanian, Executive Director and COO at TCS, stated enterprises are ready to transition from AI pilots to comprehensive business-wide transformation. The partnership combines trusted AI, modern workflows, and deep industry knowledge to help customers reimagine operations using TCS’s five-stage AI Autonomy Framework, embedding intelligence across IT, business operations, and customer functions.

The solutions will break down silos between corporate functions and business units, transforming work flow using agentic AI while enabling holistic, insights-driven organizational views. HR operations could shift from fragmented services to unified hire-to-retire lifecycle management, while customer order processing could evolve into high-velocity revenue engines improving cash flow and revenue predictability.

TCS currently deploys ServiceNow’s IT Asset Management across thousands of devices, validating the partnership foundation. Both companies will invest in co-innovation labs, solution showcases, and integrated go-to-market programs.
