Singapore-headquartered Graas.ai has raised approximately $9 million in a pre-Series B funding round to accelerate the Indian rollout of its Agent Foundry platform.
Tin Men Capital led the round with participation from Incred Wealth, Orzon, and existing backers Integra Partners and Yuj Ventures.

Graas.ai specialises in AI-powered automation for e-commerce, focusing on fully autonomous, task-specific agents that go beyond traditional AI copilots or analytical dashboards. These agents can independently analyse sales trends, adjust product pricing, track inventory levels, optimise ad campaigns, and execute operational decisions in real time.

Agent Foundry—the company’s proprietary environment—allows domain experts to model workflows, chain prompts, and conduct evaluations to fine-tune agent behaviour. The platform aims to solve key challenges in online retail, such as high customer acquisition costs, margin pressure, and stock mismanagement.

“Commerce doesn’t need another AI copilot or prettier dashboard—it needs agents that actually work,” said Prem Bhatia, Co-founder & CEO of Graas.ai.
Graas.ai’s agents integrate with over 100 marketplaces, D2C platforms, and ad networks across Southeast Asia and India, supported by a data infrastructure developed over two years for context-aware decision-making.

Murli Ravi, Managing Partner at Tin Men Capital, noted that the investment reflects brands’ growing focus on sustainable growth without sacrificing margins. Jinesh Patel of Integra Partners, an early investor in 2022, highlighted the rising adoption of agent-led systems as a signal of market readiness for direct AI execution.
Currently, Graas.ai processes more than $1 billion in GMV annually and partners with over 2,000 brands in seven countries. The company also upholds enterprise-grade compliance standards, holding SOC2, GDPR, PDPA, and ISO certifications.
