MaxIQ, an AI-driven Revenue Platform designed for B2B SaaS enterprises and backed by Dell Technologies Capital and Intel Capital, has announced the appointment of Sastry Malladi as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

A seasoned technology leader with over 30 years of experience, Sastry will spearhead MaxIQ’s product and engineering teams, focusing on scaling its Revenue AI platform. His leadership will play a pivotal role in aligning sales execution with customer value realization, ensuring seamless growth for enterprises leveraging MaxIQ’s AI-powered solutions.

In his new role, Sastry Malladi will collaborate with CEO Matt Hickey and Founder Sonny Aulakh to advance the company’s mission of bridging the gap between sales performance and customer success. Sharing his enthusiasm, Malladi stated:

“Revenue teams today operate in silos, leading to inaccurate forecasts, missed opportunities, and inefficiencies. MaxIQ’s AI-driven platform is poised to transform the way businesses approach revenue generation. I’m excited to lead the development of a unified solution that optimizes sales, customer onboarding, and revenue expansion.”

Sastry brings a wealth of experience, having co-founded multiple startups, including FogHorn Systems, a pioneer in Edge AI, which was successfully acquired by Johnson Controls. His past roles at eBay, Oracle, and Tag-N-Track further cement his expertise in building scalable, global platforms and managing distributed engineering teams.

As CTO, Malladi will lead the expansion of MaxIQ’s Agentic AI capabilities, which are designed to enhance sales forecasting, customer engagement, and revenue optimization—all within a single intelligent platform. His leadership will also accelerate the company’s R&D efforts and global team growth, following MaxIQ’s recent $7.8 million seed funding round, led by Dell Technologies Capital with participation from Intel Capital.

Welcoming Malladi to the team, Matt Hickey, CEO of MaxIQ, commented:

“Sastry’s track record of technical excellence and startup success makes him the perfect fit for MaxIQ. With his expertise, we are well-positioned to build the next-generation revenue intelligence platform that today’s go-to-market teams need.”

With B2B SaaS enterprises increasingly looking to unify sales, customer success, and revenue operations (RevOps) under one AI-powered system, MaxIQ is rapidly gaining traction. The company’s platform streamlines the entire customer journey—from lead qualification and onboarding to product adoption, expansion, and renewal.

With Sastry at the helm of technology, MaxIQ is poised to redefine revenue intelligence, empowering businesses to drive predictable growth and maximize customer lifetime value.
