Delhivery has welcomed back Milind Sharma, Co-Founder of the now-defunct grocery delivery startup Peppertap, as the head of its Rapid Commerce and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands verticals.
Milind Sharma, who was among Delhivery’s early team members in 2012, had exited the company in 2013 to launch Peppertap. Now, in his new leadership role, he will focus on scaling Delhivery’s rapid commerce services and strengthening its D2C brand offerings. He will also be responsible for expanding the company’s same-day and next-day delivery solutions, enhancing last-mile logistics for brands.

Delhivery ventured into rapid commerce earlier this year, introducing intracity deliveries with a two-to-four-hour fulfillment window via its dark store network.

Expressing enthusiasm about his return, Sharma stated, “Coming back to Delhivery feels like a homecoming. This is where my entrepreneurial journey began, and I look forward to driving the next phase of growth in rapid commerce and D2C logistics with the team.”
