
Delhivery has appointed Navneet Kumar and Surajit Das as the Head of Supply Chain Services division and OS1, respectively. Suraj Saharan, Co-Founder and Chief People Officer at Delhivery, said, “Surajit and Navneet bring decades of experience and leadership across sectors that will bring fresh dynamism and perspective to our team. We look forward to working closely with them and shaping the future of the company.”
Navneet Kumar has 17 years of experience in enterprise sales in global markets. Earlier, he was the US subsidiary coverage head for APAC at Deutsche Bank in Singapore. He has worked with teams across different regions. Kumar graduated from Delhi Technological University (DTU) and the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore.

Surajit Das has worked in supply chain and technology fields. Before this, he was Chief Business Officer for Supply Chain Finance at Yubi. He also co-founded Routematic, a mobility startup in Bangalore. Das has degrees in Electronics and Information Technology. He is a graduate of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.

OS1 is Delhivery’s logistics SaaS platform. It helps businesses manage and improve their logistics and supply chain operations, while also supporting global and domestic carriers and enterprises. It provides tools to increase efficiency, track operations, and improve control. OS1 is built on Delhivery’s experience in managing logistics over 13 years.
Commenting on his appointment, Das said he is joining Delhivery during an important phase, and mentioned that OS1 has the potential to become the foundation of the “undisrupted logistics technology market.”
Kumar said that in the next decade, the top 500 companies in India will likely change their supply chain processes to focus on speed, flexibility, and reliability. He added that Delhivery’s capability to offer large-scale, integrated warehousing and transport solutions will set it apart, and that the Supply Chain Services division will play a key role in creating long-term value.
