Experion Technologies has appointed Senthil Babu as Senior VP for Data and AI, Dion Nathanielsz as Head of Banking Solutions and Services, and Markus Ruetimann, the former COO of Credit Suisse, as an Advisor.

Dion Nathanielsz – Head of Banking Solutions and Services

Dion brings over 30 years of experience in banking and finance, spanning Asia Pacific, EMEA, and the USA. His expertise in credit risk and his work on advanced business and technology solutions make him a key figure in driving innovation for Experion’s financial sector clients. Dion will focus on ESG obligations, green lending, and financing at Experion.

Markus Ruetimann – Advisor

Markus, a seasoned professional with over three decades in financial services, has held senior roles in major global cities, including Zurich and London. His experience at organisations like Credit Suisse and Schroders equips him to provide strategic insights to Experion’s leadership. Markus will support the company in managing complex financial operations and optimising processes.

Senthil Babu – Senior VP, Data and AI

With 28 years of experience in digital transformation, Senthil has led major projects across industries like BFSI, energy, and telecom. He has AI, data platforms, and analytics expertise, gained through roles at Tech Mahindra, Wipro, and IBM. At Experion, Senthil will develop strategies in Data and AI, driving innovation and helping clients accelerate digital transformation.

Since April, Experion has hired 300 new team members, including 158 campus recruits, as part of its growth strategy. The company plans to onboard 200 more employees in this financial year.
