Gillette India welcomes Srividya Srinivasan to its leadership team as the new Chief Financial Officer, with her tenure set to begin November 1. She succeeds Gautam Kamath, who is transitioning to a new role as Vice President of Corporate Strategy at P&G’s Global Headquarters.

Currently serving as Vice President & Head of Global Business Services and Global External Reporting at P&G Philippines, Srinivasan brings nearly two decades of financial expertise to her new position. Her 19-year career journey began in 2005 when she joined P&G USA as a Finance Manager. Since then, she has successfully managed various finance roles across multiple markets, including the USA, Latin America, and Philippines.

Srinivasan, a graduate of the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, expressed enthusiasm about her new role, stating it presents an unprecedented opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders in implementing the company’s integrated growth strategy while focusing on consumer satisfaction and business expansion.
