Capgemini has announced significant leadership transitions, effective November 2024. Anirban Bose, former head of the Financial Services Strategic Business Unit, will succeed Jim Bailey as CEO of the Americas Strategic Business Unit. Anirban brings extensive experience from his roles overseeing Asia Pacific operations and the Banking and Capital Markets division.

Taking over Anirban’s previous position, Kartik Ramakrishnan has been appointed as CEO of the Financial Services Strategic Business Unit. Kartik previously served as Deputy CEO of the same unit and led the Banking and Capital Markets business.

Both executives share similar educational backgrounds, holding degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology and MBAs from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

Additionally, the company announced two more executive appointments starting January 2025: Jerome Simeon as Chief Revenue Officer and Franck Greverie as Chief Technology Officer.
