
Tata Technologies has announced the appointment of Geena Binoy as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective September 10, 2024. Binoy is a also member of the Executive Leadership Team and heads the global delivery for Digital Enterprise Solutions (DES).
In her new role, Binoy will lead a better talent strategy and development within the company to achieve its objectives for the company’s growth. Binoy is replacing Pawan Bhageria, who will continue to lead Tata Technologies’ Education Vertical.

Binoy has more than thirty years of experience in manufacturing and technology, and a wealth of knowledge in delivery excellence, customer value creation and integrating strategic insights into HR practices.

The Chief Executive Officer at Tata Technologies, Warren Harris, said, “Under Pawan Bhageria’s leadership, we have established a solid foundation, and with Geena’s appointment, we are confident that our people strategy will be perfectly aligned with the next stage of our growth. Her leadership will be instrumental in ensuring our teams thrive and succeed in an increasingly dynamic global environment.”
