Mehjabeen Taj Aalam has been appointed as the Chief Digital & Information Officer of Raychem RPG (P) Ltd. She is a technology executive who leverages existing and emerging technologies to manage organisational growth, performance and profitability.

Aalam has extensive knowledge in areas such as virtualisation, implementation, and adoption of disruptive technologies including AI, chatbots, biometrics mobile apps, and cloud solutions. She is also experienced in change management, digital transformation strategizing, business process reengineering and automation.

She has been working with Raychem RPG (P) Ltd. since 2022, previously serving as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and CIO. Her earlier roles include working as CIO of Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited, Technology Head (Digital) at Tata Capital, and Head of Information Technology at Muthoot Homefin (India) Limited. Aalam has also worked in firms like Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. and Mahindra Group.

Aalam earned her postgraduate degree in Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University and holds an MBA in Systems and Marketing from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
