Global Capability Centres (GCCs) developer ANSR and global professional services firm Accenture have formed a partnership to improve the design, setup, and optimisation of multinational teams for technology and business activities. As a part of this alliance, Accenture has also invested in ANSR and will join its board of directors.

This collaboration combines ANSR’s knowledge of building GCCs for Fortune 500 companies with Accenture’s capabilities in enterprise transformation.

Vikram Ahuja, co-founder of ANSR, said, “Accenture’s leading-edge solutions, C-suite partnerships, and deep industry experience perfectly complement ANSR’s position as a trusted partner for the Fortune 500 and others in building, managing, and scaling Global Capability Centres,” he said, adding that together, they will help companies transform their business models by expanding GCCs using a strategic ‘best-sourcing’ approach.

Founded in 2015, ANSR is based in Dallas, Texas, with major operations in India. It provides end-to-end GCC services to help businesses build, manage, and scale GCCs efficiently in talent-rich hubs. It also offers complete solutions for talent, workspace, HR, and operations.

The collaboration with ANSR will utilise Accenture’s technology, data, AI, and innovative design to help clients run their GCCs as efficiently as Accenture’s own global delivery centres.
