Volkswagen Group Technology Solutions India has appointed Kamna Sama as its Chief Technology and Information Officer (CTIO).

Sama is a member of the CII Regional Committee (Northern Region) on Digital Transformation at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Northern Region. She previously held the position of Head of IT for Large Businesses at Cummins Inc.

She has also served at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for 18 years, working as the Digital Practice Head for the Global Manufacturing Unit, Technology Consultant at the Alliances & Technology Center of Excellence (COE), Portfolio Management- Solutions & Delivery Leader for a Global Pharma, and Solution Architect & Technology Consultant.

Earlier in her career, Kamna Sama worked as a Hardware Design Engineer and was involved in IT Infrastructure Services at Zoom Technologies & Institute.

Sama took to her LinkedIn profile to announce her appointment. She wrote, “I am truly honoured by the opportunity to drive VWITS’s vision for future technologies and innovation. I look forward to contributing to the vibrant world of VWITS and engaging with our passionate and dynamic team.”
