In a significant career move, Ratika G has been appointed as the new Director of Human Resources at SolarEdge Technologies, effective from February. Bringing a wealth of experience spanning over two decades, Ratika transitions into this role after a fulfilling tenure of over seven years at Sapiens India.

Expressing her sentiments on the transition, Ratika shared, “Embarking on a new chapter, I carry with me the fond memories and significant learnings from my 7.5-year journey with Sapiens India. It feels as though it was only yesterday when I started, and each day since has been a journey of creating history together with an extraordinary team. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Sapiens for moulding me into the professional I am today. The culture of collaboration and achievement we nurtured together will continue to thrive, even in my absence. My best wishes for Sapiens’ continued success and prosperity, and a special thank you to the HR team and the alumni of Sapiens India.”

Before her stint at Sapiens, Ratika honed her skills and expanded her understanding of human behaviour and aspirations through her roles at Ascendum, Novozymes, and OpSource. Her diverse experience across different organisations has equipped her with a comprehensive insight into the wide spectrum of people management and development.
