Sanofi CHC India is delighted to announce Roma Bindroo as the new People Director and Head of Human Resources, effective immediately. Bindroo, with her extensive background of over 15 years, brings a wealth of experience from various sectors including e-commerce, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and IT consulting. Her expertise spans a broad range of HR disciplines, such as analytical abilities, managing employee relations, driving cultural change, devising total rewards strategies, handling conflict, boosting employee engagement, strategic planning, leadership coaching, talent sourcing, and overseeing compensation & benefits, alongside spearheading HR and change management initiatives.

Previously, Bindroo held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Zepto, and before that, she was the Vice President of HR for NourishCo Beverages at Tata Consumer Products. Her career also includes significant roles at Johnson & Johnson as an HR leader for Global Functions, and at Mahindra and Mahindra as a Global HR Manager, in addition to early career experiences at Tata Strategic Management Group, GlaxoSmithKline, and Infosys.

Bindroo is academically accomplished, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai and a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur.
