BCG names Rahul Jain as Head of India Practice By Elets News Network - 29 May 2023

Rahul Jain has been named the next System Leader for Boston Consulting Group (BCG) India, succeeding Alpesh Shah, who will move to a regional leadership role overseeing BCG’s CEO advisory in Asia Pacific.

According to a statement from the global consulting firm, Abheek Singhi will take on the role of Chair of Practices and Partner Committee in India.


Jain previously served as the Asia Pacific leader of BCG’s Industrial Goods practice. He is regarded as an authority in the fields of automotive, engineering, logistics, and various process industries such as cement, steel, chemicals, power, and other building materials. Jain has successfully led turnarounds for a number of companies in these industries. He also works closely with BCG’s Consumer, Operations, and Global Advantage practices.
