A large portion of customer communications within the app have already been automated, and this integration with generative AI will be able to handle the increasing loads more efficiently and effectively.

According to a Zomato representative, “Over the past y ear, Zomato has fine-tuned neural networks that predict food preparation and delivery time, among other things.”

Engineers will be hired by Zomato and Blinkit

Zomato is reportedly collaborating with organizations such as Google, Adobe, OpenAI, and Microsoft to advance the field of artificial intelligence. “Over the last few years, Zomato and Blinkit have consistently hired engineers with machine learning skills,” said a Zomato spokesperson. “We are always looking for talented engineers to help us develop new models for creating services that delight customers and streamline business processes.”
In a recent blog post, Albinder Dhindsa, CEO of Blinkit, stated that a dedicated team of engineers and a product manager successfully produced ‘Recipe Rover.’ This creative engine suggests recipes and assists users in finding the necessary ingredients by utilizing ChatGPT and Midjourney.
