Xevyte, a fast-evolving digital transformation company previously known as iSquaretek, has elevated its leadership team with the appointment of Chenna Reddy as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Shailendra Puri as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). These strategic hires mark a significant milestone in the company’s journey toward realising its ambitious Vision 2030 goals.
With a rich background spanning over 20 years in enterprise technology, Chenna Reddy takes the helm as CTO, bringing deep expertise in building scalable platforms and driving digital modernisation. He will lead Xevyte’s innovation charter, focusing on the development of next-generation solutions across key areas including cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, digital engineering, ERP, and software testing.
In his statement, Chenna emphasised the pivotal role of innovation: “At Xevyte, we’re not just keeping pace with change—we’re shaping it. I look forward to steering our technology roadmap toward creating intelligent, secure, and scalable systems that solve complex challenges across industries.”
Joining alongside Reddy is Shailendra Puri, who steps in as CSO to guide corporate strategy and spearhead global expansion initiatives. Puri brings over two decades of leadership experience across IT consulting, delivery transformation, and international business scaling. His role will be instrumental in forging strategic partnerships and reinforcing Xevyte’s presence in high-growth markets.
“We are at a transformative inflection point,” said Puri. “Our Vision 2030 plan positions Xevyte as a strategic partner for global enterprises seeking agility, innovation, and long-term value. We’re building a model that is future-proof and innovation-driven.”
As part of this broader vision, Xevyte has set a bold target to increase its workforce from over 400 employees to more than 3,000 by 2030—a projected growth of 650%. The company is also scaling its global operations with expansion plans underway in the United Kingdom, Southeast Asia, the UAE, and the greater Asia-Pacific region.

These efforts are bolstered by a shift toward AI-first operations, a borderless delivery model, and a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.
The dual leadership appointments come at a time when Xevyte is deepening its capabilities to meet the growing demand for digital solutions across industries such as Banking and Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Aerospace, Manufacturing, and the Public Sector.
With a renewed focus and visionary leadership, Xevyte is poised to be a transformative force in enterprise technology, redefining how businesses scale, adapt, and lead in the digital era.
