It will open up diverse career paths for local talent while ensuring its global operations get the world-class support it needs, Panda added.
On the selection of Pune for its facility’s location, Eric Hess, the Executive Vice President of Global Operations, credits the city’s top-tier universities, an active startup culture, and its talent pipeline, calling it the perfect ecosystem for innovation and service excellence.
