Tata Technologies proudly announces the appointment of Sukanya Sadasivan as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). In her new role, Sukanya is set to play a pivotal role in propelling the company’s growth and transformative journey, focusing on bolstering Delivery, Practice, and enhancing the internal digital & IT frameworks.

As the newly appointed COO, Sukanya will collaborate closely with the Delivery team to outline the company’s forthcoming growth strategies, aim to improve engagement margins and fortify Tata Technologies’ talent acquisition and management processes in partnership with HR and the Resource Management Group (RMG). She will also lead the Practice team in introducing new service offerings and oversee the Digital Information Office to harness digital technologies for accelerating business transformation. Stationed in Pune, India, Sukanya will report directly to Warren Harris, the CEO & Managing Director of Tata Technologies, and oversee the Global Delivery, Practice organization, and Digital Information Office teams.

With over thirty years of rich expertise in the services industry, most notably with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) where she served as Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer, Sukanya has led significant strategic transformations. Her profound technological background and experience in managing vast and complex client relationships globally will greatly enhance Tata Technologies’ capacity to adapt to the changing business environments, especially in expanding its engagement with key clients in the Automotive, Aerospace, and Industrial Heavy Machinery sectors.
