
Orient Technologies has announced the appointment of Gourav Modi as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective April 1, 2025. Gourav will take over from Sunil Kumar, who is set to retire on March 31, 2025.
In his new role, Gourav Modi will lead the company’s financial strategy, ensuring long-term fiscal strength while supporting business expansion and transformation initiatives.

A Chartered Accountant and Commerce graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, Modi brings 15 years of experience in finance, strategy, and transformation across multinational and mid-sized organisations. He has held strategic roles at KPMG and Accenture, and in his most recent role at Credit Suisse, he served as Director in the Finance Change function.

Orient Technologies, a leading IT solutions provider specialising in cloud and data management solutions, reported a 16.7% rise in standalone net profit to ₹12.66 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to ₹10.85 crore in Q3 FY24. The company’s net sales surged 33% YoY to ₹206.86 crore during the same period.
