AI infrastructure startup SambaNova Systems has secured a $1 billion Series F funding round, achieving an $11 billion valuation. The round was led by General Atlantic and marks one of the largest investments in the AI inference market.
The company also announced that JPMorgan Chase has selected SambaNova’s AI inference platform and RDUs (Reconfigurable Dataflow Units) to support fast, on-premises AI deployments. The deal strengthens SambaNova’s position as a leading alternative to NVIDIA in the growing enterprise AI infrastructure space.

SambaNova specializes in AI inference—the process through which AI models generate responses to user queries. The fresh funding will be used to expand its AI cloud platform and meet rising enterprise demand for high-performance, cost-efficient AI solutions.
