
The Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI) has appointed M.N. Srinivasu, Co-founder of Billdesk, as its new Chairman following the conclusion of its biennial governing council elections. He succeeds Harsh Jain, Co-founder and CEO of Dream Sports.
Joining the leadership team are Harshil Mathur, CEO and Co-founder of Razorpay, who takes over as Vice Chairman, and Sameer Nigam, Founder and CEO of PhonePe, who assumes the role of Treasurer. They replace Rajesh Magow of MakeMyTrip and Satyan Gajwani of Times Internet, respectively.
The newly formed executive council also includes Dr. Subho Ray, President of IAMAI, serving as the ex officio member. Together, the new leadership will steer the Association for a two-year term, spanning 2025 to 2027.

A total of 24 members have been elected to the governing council. They, along with the executive committee, will officially take charge during the upcoming annual general meeting. IAMAI conducts these elections every two years to ensure refreshed leadership and vision for India’s digital ecosystem.
